At TailTeddy™, each item is made thoughtfully and tested in actual scenarios. However, we understand in some cases, a product might not be the right fit, and that's completely ok! We handle every return fairly and honestly.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work for items you purchase from us.
You have 30 days from the day it arrives to ask for a return.
To be eligible for return:
After approval, we will send you the return address and directions on how to package the item. Please return the item using a tracked service, and be sure to keep onto your tracking receipt until you have received your refund.
After we receive your return and check it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to actually show up in your account.
Items We Can’t Accept
For safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of the following products:
If an item is inherently defective, that is a different matter we will repair, exchange or refund it immediately. But in these situations you need to provide the proof.
If your order is damaged upon arrival or is not what you ordered:
We will quickly verify the issue and send you either a replacement or a full refund. In some cases, we will not ask for the item back.
At this time, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you would like a new product, just return the product under this policy, and you can place a new order.
We understand sometimes you need to cancel the order even before the item is dispatched, in these cases you can cancel your order as soon as possible. If it is already on the way, you may return the order when it arrives according to our standard policy.
If you refused to collect the order upon delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
