At TailTeddy™, we know that waiting for your pet’s new feeder, fountain, or grooming kit can feel like forever. That’s why we’ve built a shipping process that’s quick, transparent, and easy to trust. No hidden costs, no confusion, no run-around.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, covering all 48 contiguous states.
We’re working hard to expand to Alaska, Hawaii, and other regions soon.

At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping, but if you love our products and live abroad, stay tuned. TailTeddy is growing fast.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free.
No minimums, no membership, and no surprise checkout fees. Whether you’re ordering a single pet bowl or a full feeding system, delivery costs are on us.

Processing & Delivery Time

Every order is handled with care.

We’ll send a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, complete with tracking details so you can follow your package all the way home.

During holidays or peak seasons, deliveries may take slightly longer, but we’ll communicate clearly if that happens.

Carriers We Trust

We partner with reliable U.S. carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver every package safely.
Each shipment is fully trackable, and we monitor delivery status closely until it reaches your door.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@tailteddy.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it right away. Once it’s in transit, we’ll work with the courier to help, but changes can’t always be guaranteed.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives late, damaged, or doesn’t show up at all, don’t worry we’ll make it right.
Email us at support@tailteddy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll investigate and quickly send a replacement or full refund.
